This report utilizes the New Jersey Statewide Data System to analyze the trajectories of New Jersey high school graduates. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development researchers used descriptive statistics to analyze these graduates’ educational and employment outcomes, such as enrollment in postsecondary education, financial aid received, degree attainment, and employment after high school. This analysis highlights the pathways students take after graduation, showing that 66% either immediately enrolled in postsecondary education or joined the New Jersey workforce.
